Exchange Policy

At Offstandard , we want you to love every piece you purchase from us. If something isn’t quite right, we offer exchanges or store credit only—no refunds.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 10 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange:

    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

    •    All tags must be attached

    •    Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any signs of wear

Exchange Options

    •    Exchange for a different size of the same item (subject to availability)

    •    If your size is unavailable, you will receive store credit for the item

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged:

    •    Sale or discounted items

    •    Accessories

    •    Bodysuits, intimates, or undergarments

Store Credit

    •    Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card

    •    Store credit does not expire and can be used at any time

How to Request an Exchange

To start an exchange, please email us at [contactatoffstandard@gmail.com] with:

    •    Your order number

    •    The size you would like to exchange for

If your exchange is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Shipping

    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

    •    Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Processing Time

    •    Please allow 5–7 business days after your return is received for your exchange or store credit to be processed

    •    We do not offer refunds to original payment methods

    •    By placing an order with us, you agree to this policy
